Have a definitive plan on how to navigate health emergencies and similar events. Common emergency kit necessities include bandages and gauze pads, adhesive tape, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic ointment, and other key items. Hopefully, you won’t need to use it, but if you do, the emergency kit is ready to go, and you already have a plan that you can activate.
